Your Daily Herbal Multivitamin, but with Herbs!

Want a Herbal Multivitamin? Mineral-rich herbs are where it’s at! Did you know that many herbs are super high in vitamins and minerals that your body needs? By adding herbs to your diet, you can help supplement your body without expensive multivitamins!

Many of us are deficient in vitamins and minerals (known as micronutrients), which help support numerous bodily processes. Because soils have been depleted of essential minerals, and because many of us rely on diets high in processed foods, including herbs that are high in vitamins and minerals can give us the boost our bodies need.

Mineral-rich herbs are typically much more water soluble, meaning a tea would be the best way to deliver the nutrients to your body (as opposed to an alcohol tincture). You can either drink a couple of cups of a high-mineral herbal tea daily, or make a capsule out of herbal powders if that is an easier way to facilitate getting your herbs!

Any mix of the following herbs in a tea to create a daily herbal multivitamin that will give you a vitamin and mineral packed infusion to support a healthy diet:

Alfalfa: Vitamins K, C, Magnesium, Iron, Folate, Manganese, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Copper

Dandelion Leaves: Vitamin A, B, C, E and K, calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese, iron and zinc

Horsetail: Silica, Selenium, Vitamins C, B, E, K, Folate, Potassium, Zinc, Iron, Copper and others.

Milky Oats: Vitamin B complex including folic acid, plus vitamins E, K, A and C, potassium and protein
