Chest Rub Aromatherapy Blend

A wonderful aromatherapy blend for a cough or chest cold.

10 drops Eucalyptus radiata
10 drops Tea Tree
5 drops Ravensara
5 drops Thyme Linalol
5 drops Lemon
5 drops Niaouli

Add 5 - 10 drops to a humidifier, soak with 3 - 6 drops in a warm bath, add 2 - 3 drops to a steam, put 5 - 6 drops on your pillow when going to sleep, or add 6 - 12 drops to one ounce of vegetable oil for a chest rub.

Green Defense: Prepare for the Cold and Flu Season

Using Flower Essences with Children

Join Steve Johnson, international lecturer and director of the Alaskan Flower Essence Project to learn some general guidelines for using flower and gem essences with children. He will explain how and why essences work, and discuss specific essences that can help children with the following: Sleep Problems, Grounding and Protection, Learning Disabilities, ADD, ADHD, Sibling Rivalry, Peer Pressure, Self-image and Self Esteem issues.
